Projects start with a conversation with the client to establish a treatment goal and budget.
A written conservation proposal with an estimate will be sent to the client to be signed.
Upon receipt of a 50% of the (low) estimate, we will commence the treatment. Pick up of your item can be arranged for a small additional fee.
Written and photographic documentation will take place before, during, and after completion of the project. We will stay in contact as necessary during the treatment.
Payment is expected upon delivery or pick up. We accept personal checks, credit cards, or cash.
Upon completion, the client will be contacted to set up delivery or pick up.
A great way to get started on your project is by giving us a call or sending us an email, preferably with good in-focus images of the object and a few details of the problems.
Another way is using our Contact page, where you can leave your personal information in addition to a description of your project and even attach images.
