COVID-19 Client Interaction Protocol
Dear Valued Clients,
We are writing at this time to let you know that we are fully open for business and hope you and your families are safe and well. As we all begin to emerge from this crisis and are learning to adjust our lives accordingly, the safety of our employees, their families, and our valued clients remains the highest priority.
Below are the simple and safe steps we will be following as we move forward. These will be necessary in order to remain safe while still providing you with the customer service you have come to rely on.

All employees will be wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) and will maintain the recommended social distancing protocols to ensure maximum protection from the spread of COVID-19. This includes masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc.
Upon arrival before a pick up or delivery, we will call you and inform you we are on-site.
We ask you to provide a safe space to minimize contact. A garage, hallway or other is acceptable.
If a separate staging area is not possible because of size or location of the objects, we are happy to move objects in or out of bedrooms, dining areas, etc. and believe we can do so safely. You can direct us through your residence at an appropriate distance.
Conversations about treatment can be held outside to minimize the time we spend inside your home.
